Refund & Cancellation Policy

Saatrang has two memberships and they are refunded differently. The movement programme — ₹2,499 a month, ₹6,999 for three months, or ₹12,999 for two — is covered by the terms below. Connect on its own, at ₹99 a month, is not refundable.
Which membership this applies to
Sections one to five below apply to the movement programme only. Connect on its own is covered separately at the end of this page.
No auto-debit
You pay once, for the period you choose. Nothing renews automatically. This applies to both memberships.
The price doesn’t change
It’s the same rate whether it’s your first month or your twelfth. This applies to both memberships.
Seven days to change your mind
Full refund within seven days of your first session — one message, no form, no deduction. After that, fees aren’t refundable.
If a doctor says stop
We refund any unused whole months at any point. We ask you to confirm that your doctor has advised you to stop; we do not ask for a certificate.
If you miss a session
Where we have space in another slot that day, we will offer it. Sessions are not individually refunded or carried forward — the session runs either way and places are limited.
Connect on its own is not refundable
Connect costs ₹99 a month and is paid one month at a time. Once a month has been paid for, it is not refunded — including the seven-day period and the doctor’s-advice exception that apply to the movement programme. There is nothing to cancel: the membership simply ends on the date you have paid up to unless you tell us you want to continue. If you later join the movement programme, the terms above apply to that membership from the date it starts.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp on the same number you booked through and tell us you would like a refund. One message is enough — there is no form to complete and nothing to explain.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are returned to the account the payment was made from. [PLACEHOLDER] State how long processing takes and who to contact if it has not arrived — we have left this blank rather than guess at your payment provider’s timelines.
One section still needs your input. The movement-programme terms are the pricing terms word for word, and Connect is stated as non-refundable. Only the processing time under “How refunds are paid” is outstanding, and it needs your payment provider’s actual timeline before this page is published.
